With over a 3 decades of professional recruiting experience, Mike began his career in recruiting shortly after earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri in Business Administration. He started at Snelling Personnel and Career Alternatives, where he sharpened his recruiting and sales skills, developed a keen eye for detail, and built a strong foundation working with a wide range of clients.

Mike later transitioned into a leadership role as he established Abacus Search & Staffing, formerly the Blair Consulting Group back in 1995. At Abacus Search he has driving growth, lead client partnerships, and built high-performing teams. Abacus has become a go-to resource for delivering impactful staffing and professional search solutions across the Midwest.
